Ralph Vaughan Williams - The First Nowell (The First Noel)

Soprano Sarah Fox, baritone Roderick Williams, the Joyful Company of Singers, and the City of London Sinfonia, all directed by the late Richard Hickox, perform "The First Nowell," the concluding portion from The First Nowell (1958), a Nativity play for soloists, chorus, and small orchestra by the great English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams (1872-1958). The performance was recorded in St Jude-on-the-Hill, Hampstead, London, England, UK in December 2005.
