On Monday, April 2, 2018, at about 10:00 p.m., the subject depicted in this video was seen peeping through the window of a residence in the 4200 block of Kingsbury Place, in the Arlington neighborhood of Riverside. The window he was looking through was to a female juvenile’s bedroom while she was inside. The suspect is described as a White male adult, approximately 30-years-old, about 6’0” tall and 200 pounds, with a handle bar style mustache.
