3 Tulsa cops vs. one guy on a bicycle shooting breakdown HD

Tulsa police are investigating an officer-involved shooting. It happened just before 2:30 p.m. Sunday near East Pine Street and North Harvard Avenue. Police say officers were in the area when they saw a vehicle with its hazard lights on. They went to check and see if they could help. Officers said there was a woman is the vehicle and she said her boyfriend went to go get help for the vehicle. When the man came back he was on a bike, he saw officers and starting shooting at them. Police said he shot at them. Officers fired back at the man and he was shot multiple times. He died on the way to the hospital.
