Unity Hub 3.1.0 MALWARE + COVER-UP (My Post Got Deleted!)

PART 2 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3aoqZlyiec Unity Hub 3.1.0 contains malware due to the inclusion of a node package called "node-ipc" which was recently updated to manipulate the computers of Russian and Belarusian IP addresses. The targeted computers would have their entire hard drives overwritten with heart emojis, and a text file called "From America, With Love" would be left in its place. The rogue developer behind this code was called out for it and received overwhelmingly negative criticism, as this is a package that is used by a tremendous number of projects. Unity (the game engine) is one such project. They unfortunately included this exploit in their latest Unity Hub release. While they did patch a fix within the same day, at least one user was still negatively impacted (and who knows how many more).
