Written Steps: Step 1: Go to Settings/Cellular and enter what you see below Cellular data: APN: alpha MMS APN: alpha MMSC: http://smpl.mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc MMS Max Message Size: 1048576 MMS UA Prof URL: http://apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf Step 2: Click home button so it can save then reboot your device, after you rebooted your device go back to settings and scroll down to messages and make sure "MMS Messaging" is enabled and now you can send and receive picture messages on your Simple Mobile iPhone running iOS 9-9.2!
