Problem fix : Snipping tool for windows 7

Go to the start up programs in and see whether this tool is there or not. If not then assume that this tool is only for tablet PC and it will going to show up only when you install Windows 7 in Tablet Pc. For now•Click StartControl Panel. Click on Programs Programs and Features. Click on Turn Windows features on or off link. click on Continue button on User Account Control •Roll downward the listing of features in Windows Features dialog box •Enable check box for Tablet-PC Optional Components to confirm the Snipping Tool.
