2009 VW Jetta TDI with DSG Transmission. False Neutral.Feb14.2014 HD

2009 Jetta TDI with DSG transmission. 82,000 miles. Want to see something scary? Interstate driving and this happens! This seems to be False Neutral. While driving at 60mph on the flat and later at 40mph and 20mph, car tached up... Engine light came on, Skid warning light blinked...went into neutral. Restart reset everything each time. Dealer cannot reproduce the problem. *Car was close to being driven for 1.5 hours (engine and transmission warmer). *Weather was dry, no rain or snow. *Car was in DSG Drive going 55-60mph on the flat on interstate. No incline. *2-3 minutes before the car would go into False Neutral, the engine tached up from 2000 to 4000 and back to 2000 without losing acceleration. *After car is pulled over to shoulder and turned off. Car drives fine after restart. *I have no problems driving short distances around town.
