How to start a program or script automatically HD

Best way to run a program at startup is to edit the file rc.local ------- Update 30.12.2018 --------- For the newer version of OS edit the file autostart and add at the end of the file the command “node-red-start”: pi@raspberrypi:~ $ sudo nano /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE-pi/autostart ----------------------------------------------- example: @lxpanel --profile LXDE-pi @pcmanfm --desktop --profile LXDE-pi @xscreensaver -no-splash point-rpi node-red-start ---------------------------------------- and save the file ;-)
