News 9 Storm Tracker Brandon Pennel showed viewers a power flash live on-air, indicating to Chief Meteorologist David Payne that a tornado had touched down. The storm is moving east-northeast. *** Severe thunderstorms moved Saturday night across central Oklahoma producing multiple tornado warnings in the state, including a tornado warning for the Oklahoma City metro area and for Stillwater in Payne County. There were no confirmations of tornadoes as of 7:30 p.m. Thunderstorms with the potential for hail, damaging wind, very heavy rain and an isolated tornado are developing in west-central Oklahoma.
