New Aircraft Warning Lights Lowering System made by Luxsolar. Lower and top support in stainless steel to meet low and high temperature requirement. Aluminium rail guides for intermediate levels. 300kg maximum load weight. The Retractable System’s main components: a pulley, installed at high mounting heights where the device has to be located; designed rails for the specific application; a winch to transport the trolley with the attached device. How System works: one or more trolleys are transported vertically on a rail with steel rope by a winch and a pulley. The winch can be operated manually or by an electric or pneumatic motor. The rails are made of aluminium in 6 meters modules. Two slots on each rail attach them to the structure. For proper alignment, centring rods are installed at the end of each rail. It is possible to install more trolleys on each rail in order to connect multiple devices to the system at once. To prevent twisting of the steel ropes, the rails include two pipes where each rope flows while lowering the trolley. The electrical cables are placed in the open space of the rail. Once the use of the retractable system is complete, the winch provided can be removed and stored safely.
