This 30 min INTENSE HIIT HOME WORKOUT is a FULL BODY KETTLEBELL HOME WORKOUT. The follow along full length workout consists out of 3 x blocks of exercises. Each block contains 4x exercises and will be repeated 3x in a latter style. This means we are going 1. following the exercises, 2. backwards with the exercises 3) up again with the exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 35 seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest. Block 1 1. Kettlebell Full Deadlift + Hand Walkouts 2. Kettlebell Stiff Leg Deadlift + Kettlebell Goblet Squat 3. Half Burpee + Kettlebell Bicep Curl 4. Kettlebell Pullover + Leg Raise Hip Lift Block 2 1. Kettlebell Bent Over Row 2. Kettlebell Grab Jumping Giant Steps 3. Lying Kettlebell Chest Press + Weighted Ab Crunch 4. Kettlebell Half Swing Block 3 1. Kettlebell Upright Row + Reverse Lunges 2. Kettlebell Russian Twist 3.
