Start by jumping to hang. Activate your lats pulling your shoulder down and back. Create tension into the core and legs. Then lift legs into L Sit position keeping tension throughout. Drive elbow down pulling your body upwards. Maintaining the total body tension slowly lower yourself back down keeping legs in L Sit position. Reset shoulders and tension in the core and repeat.
