TRX Roll Out
This TRX movement works all the core muscles by giving the feeling of them being stretched out. Stand at an angle with the TRX nearly all the way out and hold the handles out in front of the body. Proceed to move the arms above the shoulders keeping the arms straight at all times and moving the body forwards.
