012 TRX Kneeling Roll Out to Y-Deltoid Raise Combo .MOV HD

Patterned after the Pilates Kneeling Push Thru on the Cadillac (see video 012 PILATES Kneeling Push Thru). The kneeling roll out is a more advanced move if you face the anchor point instead of face away. Make sure to keep tension in the straps. As in the standing Y-deltoid raise, keep leaning back a bit as you pull straps back in the Y position. A nice but difficult combo of core and arms and upper back. Make sure you can do the standing roll out, then the kneeling roll out facing AWAY from the anchor point first pretty confidently before you try the one facing the anchor point.
