ZOTAC 2080 Ti AMP (GPU) noise buzzing left fan (noise stop then left is stoped) or coil whine? HD

Hi guys. I bought a GPU - ZOTAC 2080 Ti AMP in Ukraine shop (telemart.ua). Found a strange noise at 70-90% of fan speed. Can you tell if the fan noise was coming from, left fan (because this sound stops on the same speed of other fans if the left one is stoped) or is it the induction coils whine?
