Toshiba Portege X30 laptop fan noise HD

This is a recording of the Toshiba Portege X30 fan noise. For me it is unbearable. When you run in low power mode it is 0,7 ghz and THE fan is off, but it is so slow you can hardly use the PC. In balanced or high performance the fan starts up almost right away. It also has allot of coil whine which you can hear as a "sparking sound" before the fan takes over the noise pollution in the video.
