Thank You BarkBox: Your Compassion Has Created a Customer For Life HD

As many of you know, Tedy passed away in April and it devastated me. I had been subscribed to BarkBox (https://www.barkbox.com/) for probably around two years or so and basically it was a monthly subscription box for dogs where they send treats and toys monthly. Tedy loved it and I loved getting them for him! I knew I had subscribed for a year and I had about 4-5 months left and I emailed them asking if we could stop sending them even if I had to eat the cost. They emailed me back saying that was not a problem, and that they would even refund me what I had left and told me to keep the box they just sent, just to make sure it went to a loving home for another dog (and we made sure of that). That gesture alone was enough to create brand loyalty, but today I received this sympathy card and it just takes customer service to an entirely different stratosphere. How thoughtful. How compassionate. This is the type of thing that creates customers for life, and I without hesitation am proud to say that is something I want to become. As soon as I have my next dog, which should be very soon, I will resubscribe to BarkBox immediately. Thank you BarkBox from the bottom of my heart. I hope that I can help you in any way possible gain a few new fans, because you deserve it.
