Rapid Tag - Fastest Screen Printing Machine on the market.
All American proudly introduces the fastest, tagless label screen printer, the Rapid Tag. The Rapid Tag machine is designed for printing tagless labels and other jobs requiring a printable area of six by six inches. This is the fastest, most efficient and cost-effective label printer on the market. The Rapid Tag is a completely self-contained process. The item is loaded, printed, and cured all within the same machine process. For t-shirt labels, simply lay down the t-shirt on the station, pull down the neck of the shirt underneath the station to keep it stable and the Rapid Tag does the rest; printing your label and curing it in seconds. With a little practice you will be able to increase your production speed dramatically, and with a second person unloading shirts it is possible to produce up to two thousand units per hour. The standard machine utilizes five stations and two rapid curing flashes with high-density quartz lamps. The thirty-six square inch printable area and compact size of thirty-two inch diameter you will get larger production in a much smaller space. Custom machine builds are available according to your needs -- if you need more colors or larger pallets, All American can easily accommodate you. The Rapid Tag uses non-toxic, non-flammable screen printing inks, making this process less costly, less wasteful and less time-consuming than pad printing. Screen printing inks also will withstand many more washes, prolonging the life of your print, and have a shelf life four times longer than pad printing inks. These inks are ready to use, straight out of the can without the addition of chemicals and require little mixing. The Rapid Tag will produce opaque, crisp, and very durable prints on all items with ink costs running at fifteen to twenty percent less than pad printing ink and ten times less than heat transfer labels. You will also save on plate making set ups needed for pad printing, as this machine uses screens. These screens will only cost you about two to three dollars and are re-usable, while plates can only be used once and can get quite expensive. The Rapid tag has a user-friendly LCD screen, with the ability to set speeds, cure times and stroke, so when you first get your machine, you have the option of starting off slow to get accustomed to the process if you need to.
