Oliver Cromwell The Pembroke Coast Express 28/6/09

As some of you know Im having a bit of a disaster time filming just recently, so thought it would be better this weekend with a new camcorder. you can imagine how annoyed I was by finding out that i hadnt recorded Cromwell coming into Camarthern after travelling all the way down. so im afraid the start is a short bit of film that was all i took in Camarthern. I then went on to Whitland ready to catch Cromwell being dragged to Pembroke. You see the token being handed over when the 47 arrives at the signal box. It ended up running really late and it was at least an hour late by the time it came through. It was nice to catch up with bob ( robmasterman ) again and we all had a good chat with John who was there to water Cromwell on the return. Thanks to John we were kept informed of what was happening and when it had left stations. So I got the return filmed fine, im afraid it shaky cam as i had left the base of the tri pod on the old camcorder. The film ends with a nice wave from John who had to drive all the way bak to Southampton hours later than he expected.
