Customer said he replaced the screen on the ipad and he disconnected the battery before doing so so he does not risk blowing the backlight or creating any other damage. After screen replacement, ipad pro boots up and restarts every few minutes. The charging percentage is stuck at 1% and when plugged in it goes it jumps up. Percentage is not accurate.
