Customer mentioned Clover bootloader problem which indicates possible Corrupt efi firmware. Corrupt firmware or damaged EFI chip can that is caused by cloved bootloader can cause infinite cycles where the iMac would not be able to boot to an operating system OSX and can get stuck in an infinite boot loop.
