This is a short work out video that is very, very effective just doing these few exercise you will see instant results. 1. With the iron gym- Do 10 to 15 Reps on each bar. Do those set of Reps for about 4 to 6 times. 2. With the book bag- Do 20 Reps by lifting the book bag to chin. After you wan to do 20 more Reps lift the book bag just above the navel. i normally do the 20 20 Reps 6 times.. 3. Last, you want to rap up the work out with a few curls, nothing too heavy i am using a 25 pound weight. and the Reps for the curls vary. do it according to your liking. well i hope i helped and i hope you all enjoyed please rate subscribe and comment!!!!!!!
