The first time I saw and felt this mod, was at a local brick & mortar vape store, while I was sampling juices. When I held it, I instantly felt its’ solid and robust build and thought to myself, “wow, this feels like a high-end Leica camera.” It made me unconcerned of the juices I was sampling at the time. All I was thinking of, was how great this mod was. I rarely buy extra box-mods because they are pricey (all I had was a Joyetech VTC Mini and eLeaf iStick Pico before getting this Vaporflask Lite) and double-triple the price of cheap attys (which I sometimes buy on occasion). After my first experience with the Vapor Flask, I quickly checked online at home how much they were. And, I found out they were a bit on the pricey side at $79 retail. So, I have held out on buying one, until recently. A few weeks ago, I had a little extra money to spend. And, as I was searching eBay for random things, including various vape gear, luck as I would have it, there was a seller selling some VF Lites at a very low price of $45 shipped. I had to get it; and, I did just that. I ordered a silver VF Lite. This thing is very nice. That is an understatement. It reminds me of a mechanical mod. It is all metal with a brushed finish (it has clearcoat on top as well). It is a couple mm’s taller than my VTC Mini and is also heavier. But, with that extra weight comes a solid, confident feel and build-quality. It just feels robust and very tough. The battery door is impressive, riding on a ball-bearing for smooth operation and solidly makes a very audible “snap” sound upon closing and opening; which all oozes high-quality. The 510 thread on top is very thick, solid and the OD of the 510 threaded insert is large. Compare that with the VTC Mini, which looks like a skinny, thin metal straw or tube. The buttons are made from milled SS and have a nice classy look and feel to them. They protrude just the perfect amount, making the firing switch a breeze to use. The LCD screen looks like any other OLED; but, is sufficient and there is nothing to complain about. The Vaporflask Lite’s processing chip operates almost exactly the same as my iStick Pico and VTC Mini, making the transition into using this new mod seamless, easy and quick.
