Spruce tip salt: Pick the spruce tips and cut them in smaller pieces. lay them out on a plate and mix with salt. I put a cloth over it and lay it on a warm place for a couple of days. Then you put the salt in a coffee grinder and grind it until it has the structure of a fine salt. Lay it out to dry for a day of 2 again before putting it in a jar.
