2002 BMW 325I EML & DSC & BRAKE LIGHT ON HD

Eml ,dsc,amber brake light on at the same time..puts the car in a slow down mode like you dropped the transmission in low gear..but if you shut the car off and restart it , the lights go away and the car returns to normal till the next time.its clearly a can line communication problem between all the computers...but until I can fiqure this out.
