first training on New B.O.B BAG K.O. OR Knockout Boxing Body Opponet Bag

for those that dont know me.. i started training myself a while back becuz there were no boxing gym or trainers in my old town well i started uploading some videos so i could be critiqued by boxers and trainers online.. well i had a shoulder injury which put me out,, well after a $14k surgery i was still haveing shoulder problems, well i moved to a bigger town in hopes of a sweet job and i got there and started at a weight lifting gym to build my shoulder back to normal,,well i got the job wich i travel alot and work 13-17 hours a day so the gym scene is out again..so im makin money so i bought a Body Opponet Bag and im gonna start training again..but this video is just a starter again. cuz i forgot i had a camera on my laptop till i was done working out.so i just made a quik video.
