Open flame, cast iron, Chicken and Potatoes! Oh, yeah!! This takes place on our trip for our 37th wedding anniversary. We are cooking in the open fireplace in Cabin #1 at Pipestem State Resort Park in West Virginia. Pipestem is one our favorite, peaceful places on this earth. We have been going there for almost 35 years. They have two lodges, camping, an 18 hole championship golf course, horseback riding, and so many other things to do! Check it out!
