5400 rpm vs SSD Windows Startup / File copying HD

Comparison between the WD HDD 5400 rpm and SSD 120.0 GB CORSAIR Force 3 SSD drive working at 550/510 MB/s but since my laptop have SATA II it only works at 285/275 MB/s. I apologize for not placed my video in 2 separate windows, i still need to learn how to do that. I observe a great difference in speed reading Games or Adobe software and of course the daily usage.
