Trifle Pudding Ingredients Milk - 2 cup Sugar - 3 tbsp Chopped Banana - 2 no Black & Green Grape Chopped Apple - 1 no Vanilla Custard Powder - 5 tsp Sponge cake Strawberry Jelly Crystals - 100 gms Water Method: 1.Heat 2 cups of Milk in a saucepan. 2.Add 5 tsp of Vanilla Custard powder to a bowl of 1/4 cup of Milk(room temperature). Dissolve in the milk. 3.Once the milk is nice and hot, pour the dissolved custard into the milk. Whisk it well till it thickens. 4.Now, add 3 tbsp of Sugar and turn off the stove once it thickens.Cool the mixture. 5.Take a bowl, add 2 chopped banana, few black & green grapes, 1 chopped apple. 6.Once Custard comes to room temperature, pour it into the bowl of fruits. 7.Take a glass bowl, place sponge cake and pour custard to it and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. 8.For Jelly, heat 300 ml of Water in a saucepan, add 100 gms of Strawberry Jelly Crystals. Let the Crystals dissolve. 9.Bring the jelly solution to room temperature. Pour it into the custard in the cups and decorate with a cherry on top. 10.Refrigerate with 1 to 2 hours before serving. Trifle Pudding is ready to serve.
