Trifle Pudding - A Must Try Dessert HD

Extremely easy to make, Trifle pudding is a comfort dessert which is deliciously appetizing. Vegetarians can use eggless sponge cake/Vanilla cake to savour this mouth watering desert. Ingredients: 1. Vanilla Cake/Sponge Cake 2. Mixed Fruits 3. Choice of Fresh Fruits or Canned Fruit Cocktail 4. Custard Powder – 2 Tablespoons 5. Sugar – 3-5 Tablespoons 6. Milk – 500ml 7. Orange Juice/Pineapple Juice You can use any other fruit juice too 8. Whipped Cream – 100ml 9. Chopped Walnuts – 1 Tablespoon Process: • Prepare the Custard • Let the milk come to boil • Dilute the custard powder Make sure there are no lumps • Pour this into the boiled milk (Keep the flame low) • Stir to make sure there are no lumps • Add Sugar • Cook it for about a minute in low flame • Allow it to cool down Next... • In a Flat Dish, layer the cake • Dampen the cake with the fruit juice • Add a layer of fruits • Add custard • Add Whipped Cream • Add the walnuts • Garnish it • Serve it Cold
