Analiza nabavka višenamenskog borbenog aviona za HRZ - Analisys of Croatian tender for Multirole Jet HD

Hrvatska komisija za nabavku višenamenskog borbenog aviona predala je krajem 2020 godine predsedniku Vlade Studiju o izvodljivosti nabavke za Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo višenamenskog borbenog aviona. Komisija je na osnovu stručne analize prosledila dve najbolje ponude za nove avione (američkog F-16 Block 70 i švedskog Gripena C i D) i dve ponude za korišćene avione (francuski Rafal F3R i izraelski F-16 Block 30). Kako se švedski Gripen u varijanti C i D ne proizvodi već godinama, veliko je pitanje da li će SAAB ponovo pokrenuti proizvodnju ove varijante Gripena za svega 12 aparata koje bi isporučili HRZ? Troškovi ponovnog aktiviranja proizvodnje bi u mnogome potrošili zaradu koju bi Šveđani ostvarili prodajom jedne eskadrile Gripena Hrvatskoj. Zato kao najrealnija ponuda za novi borbeni avion Hrvatskog ratnog vazduhoplovstva predstavlja američki F-16 Blok 70. Što se tiče ponude korišćenih aviona tu je situacija takođe prilično jasna jer izraelski F-16 Blok 30 je ponuda koja je mnogo siromašnija u odnosu na prvobitnu ponuđenu, jer na zahtev Lokid Martina je poskidana sva izraelska elektronska oprema koja ovaj avion čini superiornim u odnosu na standardnu američku varijantu ovog aviona Blok 30. Based on the expert analysis, the commission forwarded the two best offers for new aircraft (American F-16 Block 70 and Swedish Gripen C and D) and two offers for used airplanes (French Rafal F3R and Israeli F-16 Block 30). As the Swedish Gripen in variant C and D has not been produced for years, the big question is whether SAAB will restart the production of this variant of Gripen for only 12 devices that would be delivered by HRZ? The costs of reactivating production would largely consume the earnings that the Swedes would make by selling one Gripen squadron to Croatia. That is why the American F-16 Block 70 is presented as the most realistic offer for a new fighter plane of the Croatian Air Force. As for the offer of used aircraft, the situation is also quite clear because the Israeli F-16 Block 30 is an offer that is much poorer than the original one, because at the request of Lokid Martin, all Israeli electronic equipment that makes this aircraft superior to the standard American variant of this Block 30 aircraft.
