Weekly News News 1 Authorities Persecution Increases Rohingya’s Exodus towards Bangladesh Burmese authorities like Military and Leuinthein have made Rohingya intolerable by their inhumane tortures and abuses in a village of Buthidaung Township on 26th January 2018, reports a Rohingya in fleeing condition. Militray and Leuinthein personnel have gathered in village school of Ulafey (U La Phey) village, where they started an abusive operation on Rohingya. Rohingya are called there and are tortured inhumanely to death or severe injuries. Following the abusive situation remaining Rohingya are forced to leave their homes and have decided to take the perilous journey towards Bangladesh. Now hundreds of families are seen in the outskirts of the village and are travelling towards border area by boats. Authorities genocidal operation have made an exodus of more than 700, 000 Rohingya towards neighboring Bangladesh since late 2017 and now remaining Rohingyas are wiped out of their ancestral land to complete their genocide project. News 2 Rohingya Houses Under Fire at Prayer Time 2 Rohingya houses were under fire at prayer time in a village of Akyab (Sitwe) Township on 26th January 2018, reports locals. On Friday at afternoon 2 Rohingya’s houses were under fire while people just started their Jummah (weekly prayer) in Barizafara of Pra Li Prang area. The fire torched the houses to ashes and left the villagers in extreme panic in the region. Fire on Rohingya houses became a common crime in Arakan (Rakhine) and part of Burmese Authorities’ genocidal operation. News 3 BGP Inhumanely Tortured A Rohingya towards Death Border Guard Police (BGP) with the information of sycophants arrested and tortured a Rohingya in a village of Buthidaung on 27th January 2018, reports locals. A group of 40 BGP from the camp of Yaung Chaung arrived with the sycophants in Haindafara village of Pogong Chaung village track and accused an innocent Rohingya named Sultan Ahmed S/O Saleh Ahmed, 40 to arrest. After his arbitrary arrest he was tortured inhumanely by all forms of physical tortures. Due to the heavy tortures he is critically injured and may die soon. “He is critically injured and is bleeding heavily. If he is not treated immediately he might die soon” explains a family member. To free him from those tortures his family members offered the authorities with 400, 000 kyats but authorities denied to torture him further. Since last 15 years the sycophant from the village along with authorities usually accuses commons and tortures them either physically or financially.
