After Effects of a Alienware 17 that Almost Caught Fire. HD

This video shows some of the after effects of my Alienware 17 laptop almost catching fire. After my fist motherboard stopped working 3 months after the warranty expired. I paid to have it replaced but was told they would only put in a refurbished one. Even thought I was willing to pay extra for a new one I was told nope that it was not an option. I then said I would like a 1 year warranty then but again told nope 90 days but I could purchase to extend my warranty for $500 So after one month on the refurbished motherboard the screen when dark and poof Black smoke came out of the unit big time. I immediately unplugged the unit and investigated what went wrong. I was sure lucky as I was away from the computer for 20 min prior to it burning up. I think call Dell tech support at which time they told me to send the unit back. I responded back saying NO I would like to have service tech come to my home and take the unit apart so that I can see what kind of damage was done since it almost caught on fire. They gave me the brush off so as I told them I would do was show people what occurred and ensure that this get out. All they needed to do was send a technician to look at it while I was present to alleviate my concerns,
