Planning our OVERLAND CAMPING ADVENTURE was almost too easy. We are nearly 100 percent certain we are going to visit the most remote beach in all of North America. LOL Cape Lookout Seashore, North Carolina! Planning any Overlanding camping trip is a lot of work, especially if you are new to Overlanding. You definitely can ruff it but, a little thought into your rig and gear at a minimum can and will make your journey more enjoyable. I honestly think some people go too far with their mobile (everything you have at home) rigs. I think, at that point, you might as well drive an RV. When we plan our overland trips, we prefer to wait till the last possible minute before we check our gear, figure out our destination/route check out the vehicle, and order whatever gear we need. Waiting until the last minute is the best way to keep the spark alive!
