How To Carpet Van Bare Metal VW T4 Camper Conversion Carpeting Campervan Metalwork HD

In this video I show how I completely carpet all the bare metal work in the VW T4 van I am converting from a panel van to a campervan (See links Below for items used). During the video, I prep the areas, apply high temperature spray adhesive to the metal, cut the carpet to size and apply glue to the carpet and fit the carpet to get a neat professional looking finish to all required areas. The video covers carpeting the van roof side runners, carpet lining van seat belt pillars, carpeting the step behind the front seats, carpet lining van sliding door surround and the rear door roof line panel. Total time to carpet all the areas mentioned took probably about 5ish hours, maybe a little more but not much. Cost was probably about £50 total, £20 for glue and £30 for 4 way stretch carpet. Where there might be any joins in the carpet I try to ensure to join is visible .
