Dr. Sayem Ahmed, Ph.D, Head of Human Resources Department, Opsonin Group speaks for HR

Dr. Sayem, a man with 10 years of expertise of leading Human Resources Department in one of the largest Pharmaceutical Group in Bangladesh and around 14 years of exclusive experiences in the other areas of business including multinational exposures. Dr. Sayem is a Silva Method Resource Person. He is a alumni of the Business Studies Faculty at the University of Dhaka. Attended courses in Strategic Human Resources Management Program from the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. He obtained his Ph.D from the University of Preston, Wyoming, USA. His area of concentration was "Human Resources Management Practices in the Pharmaceutical Companies of Bangladesh". Dr. Sayem made official visits to 14 countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, Japan, China, Australia, France, Dubai, Nepal, Sri lanka, Canada and USA.
