How To Fix UxStyle Explorer.exe Crash Loop on Windows 10 HD

After attempting to install a third-party theme for Windows 10, I had came across this issue myself where my PC was pretty much unusable. After scowling the web for fixes, I found none however, as I was able to open task manager via ctrl+alt+delete, I located the issue and went from there. The build of UxStyle required to be downloaded has some compatibility issues with the latest Creators Update for Windows 10 hence these issues.
