They end up sleeping together and Finn soon finds out and breaks up with Quinn. Quinn states that she is not mad at Rachel and that she is fine, but Rachel has a feeling that something is wrong, after she confronts her about this Quinn and her starts arguing. Rachel end up crying and walks away and Quinn feels really bad about making her cry. Quinn tells her that she is sorry and Rachel forgives her and they end up getting together. But Quinn get´s in a bad accident and ends up dying on the operating table, Kurt tries to be there for Rachel but she just can´t handle it and ends up taking her own life.
