We will never be thin enough, controlled enough or exercising enough. No symptom will ever feel ‘severe’ enough. Nothing will ever be enough. The fact is that if you think you are not sick enough, that just proves how sick you really are. Regardless of what the scales say or what you ate today or how long you have been ill, YOU ALWAYS DESERVE RECOVERY. Right now. No, don’t wait until you’ve lost ‘just a few more lbs’. No, don’t wait until your hair starts falling out. No, don’t wait until you’ve lost your period. NO, DON’T WAIT UNTIL YOU GET YOUR ED’s APPROVAL ... you will never ever get it. You ARE sick enough. Listen to the REAL you, it knows the truth. Now fight to be well again. Xx PLEASE NOTE: The text in the video refers to earlier stages of my recovery…I don’t think like this now! Today’s Meals: Breakfast: Oats with chia seeds, protein powder and whole milk. Peanut butter, mixed fruit/nuts, banana and maple syrup. Lunch: Costa’s ‘Ultimate Christmas toastie’ and ‘Chocolate chunk cookie’. Dinner: Chicken Kiev, baked potato with butter, peas and broccoli. Yum. ******* Hi I’m Hat *waves*.
