What I Eat In A Day | Favourite Chia Pudding, Toast Ideas & more! | HD

Hellooo guys! You already know we had to have some more food inspo this week.... Hope you enjoyed this What I Eat In A Day where I share my absolute FAVOURITE way to make chia pudding, some toast ideas to make it less *boring* and how we make meatballs at home! (aka kofte/kofta) Chia Pudding Recipe: - 1/2 cup yogurt of choice (TRY blueberry soy! ) - 1/2 cup milk of choice (unsweetened almond) - 2 + 1/2 tbsp chia seeds - sweetener (optional) Meatballs: - 300g minced meat - 1/2 onion grated - handful of parsley - 1tsp salt - 1tsp red chilli flakes - 1tsp pepper - 1/2 tbsp tomato paste - "grill" setting for 20 minutes (or till nice and brown), flip them over and pop them back in for an additional 10 minutes (or once again nice and brown!).
