Ingredients: Ketel One Vodka Fresh Lemon Tomato Juice Worcestershire sauce Tabasco sauce Salt and black pepper Celery stick Ice cubes Equipment: Collins glass Mixing glass Shot measure Julep strainer Lemon squeezer Stirring spoon Method: Step 1: Add 50ml Ketel One Vodka Step 2: Pour into the mixing glass Step 3: Squeeze 20ml lemon juice Step 4: Pour into the mixing glass Step 5: Add 150ml tomato juice Step 6: Add 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce Step 7: Add 3 dashes Tabasco sauce Step 8: Add 1 pinch black pepper and salt Step 9: Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes Step 10: Stir the liquid for at least 2 minutes to chill it down Step 11: Cut the ends off the celery Step 12: Add the celery and fill the Collins glass with ice Step 13: Strain into the Collins glass Step 14: Garnish with a lemon wedge and a pinch of black pepper
