Hyderabadi dum chicken biryani in (oven) serving 9 people (prep time 1 hour ) Ingredients 6 cups rice 4.5 lbs whole chicken 5 green chilies Salt to taste 2 cups yogurt 1/4 tsp saffron 3 tsp ginger garlic paste 1tbsp garam masala powder 3 tbsp red chili powder 1tsp turmeric powder Hand full of cilantro and mint leaves chopped 2 big onions sliced and fried 2 big lemon juice 1 cup milk with few saffron strands in it 1 tbsp butter 1 cup oil Garam masala whole Method Soak the rice in water and keep it aside then take chicken add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and powder, red chili , garam masala and saffron salt , add yogurt and chopped cilantro and mint in it mix it well and keep it a side then take another pot add water to for cooking rice in that pot add salt , green chilies,and garam masala whole and bring to boil After that add soaked rice in and semi cooked the rice and drain the water and then preheat the oven @ 400•f and take a baking pan and start arranging layers for biryani fist pour oil and then add marinated chicken level it and add few fried onions chopped cilantro and mint and lemon juice and pour a layer of rice and even it and the add fried onions chopped cilantro and mint and saffron milk and lemon juice and butter and cover the pan with wet paper towel and again cover it with foil and bake it for 400f for 1 hour hot biryani is ready to serve Contact us cookingtoat13@gmail.com Follow us on twitter @cookingtoatee https://twitter.com/Cookingtoatee?lang=en Like us on Facebook @cookingtoatee https://www.facebook.com/cookingtoatee/ Instagram @cookingtoatee https://www.instagram.com/cookingtoatee/?hl=en
