Miserlou in phrygian major A or D gypsy minor finger picking HD

Hallo Musikfreunde! Hello music lovers from everywhere! May I invite you to my instrumental of Miserlou? For people who are interested in music theory: I play almost the same scale in this song as Hava Nagila (A-A#-C#-D-E-F-G) but instead of the G this time a G#. While Hava nagila was in A phrygian or D harmonic minor I had to ask a very good friend of mine what (A-A#-C#-D-E-F-G#) is called.
