Bobi wine “escapes”house arrest, turns up in Bugiri

Kyadondo East member of parliament Robert Kyagulanyi this morning sneaked out of his home, despite a heavy police deployment there and made his way to Bugiri to attend the burial of prominent local politician Siraji Lyavala.
