How I shed my first 100lbs (Weight Loss Journey)

This video is a summary of what I did food,exercise and mind wise to shed my first 100lbs. I did not go on a diet I decided diets didn’t work for me long term. Instead I adopted a lifestyle change and as I learned I changed my foods and exercises accordantly. This is/was not a quick fix and I AM still in the process of learning and becoming a better person overall!!! Are you dieting or starting a new lifestyle??
