ONUR SAĞLAM KLARNET WORKSHOP & İZMİR

ONUR SAĞLAM is a clarinet artist who was born in Amasya in Turkey. Due to his father was a trumpet performer in military, he met with music at his early ages. Musical training He took the first lessons in Conservatory of Amasya Municipality. Then he won Ege University State Conservatory and took lessons 2 years around. He had a break for his education of 6 months. During this time he took special lessons about classical western music from Feza Çetin who is a Teaching Assistant of clarinet in Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory and clarinet group chief of İstanbul State Opera and Ballet. Beside this he also took lessons on clarinet technics from Göksun Çavdar who is the orchestra clarnetist of famous singers as Candan Erçetin and Sezen Aksu. After that to improve himself in his main instrument sibemol clarinet he continued his education in Afyon Kocatepe University Art Branch of Clarinet. Musical Experiences 2009 – In July he participated actively in Feza Çetin’s Clarinet Master Class Studies in İstanbul. 2011 – He done studies with Alaein Boeglein and Ender Gülenler in ‘Clarinet Days’, an organisation of Afyon Kocatepe University. 2013 - He gave a concert with ‘Armoni Mızıkası Türkay Jazz Band’ in ‘13. Afyon Jazz Festival’. 2013 – In August he represented his country with his clarinet performance in ‘34. International Dance Fest’. 2014 – He went to İtaly to ‘Pomarico’ which is the most famous clarinet mouthpiece producer in the world. Work experiences 2013 – A.S.S Music (as a clarinet educator) 2013 - Senkron Music (as a clarinet educator) Special interests Visiting different countries and get to know new cultures, personal development, reading, swimming. He has been in many countries; 2013 – Barcelona, Madrid and Huelva (Spain), Monaco and Cannes (France), Genova and Verona (Italy), Uskup (Macedonia), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Plovdiv (Bulgaria), Blegrad (Sirbia) 2014 – Milano, Venice and Catania (Italy), Kassel (Germany) He interests with many different kind of music. He has worked with many local singers, beside this he has accompanied to theatre bands, folk dance and jazz groups. He goes on his studies actively to be an eclectic clarinet artist. İlk derslerini Amasya Belediye Konservatuar’ında alan Onur Sağlam, daha sonra Ege Üniversitesi devlet konservatuarını kazanarak burada 1.5 klarinet üzerine çalışmalarda bulunduktan sonra, eğitimine ara verip İstanbul’da Mimar Sinan üniversitesi devlet konservatuarı klarinet öğretim görevlisi ve İstanbul Devlet Opera ve Balesi klarinet grup şefi Feza Çetin ile klasik batı müziği üzerine, ve aynı zamanda Türkiye’nin sayılı klarnet sanatçılarından Candan Erçetin ve Sezen A
