Dunkin Donuts Employee throws drink on me and my daughter with Autism HD

No matter what is said by a customer, no one deserves this. I did not yell at this young lady, curse at her nor did I call her any names. I was simply frustrated that my entire mobile order (which was all good for my daughter) was intentionally ignored over one of the items being unavailable, and after denying me a refund and my saying I was going to report her, she responded by saying, verbatim, “YOU WANT MY NAME TOO?” and spelled it out in a loud aggressive tone followed by “…THE HELL???” The police informed me that due to Covid they are only making arrests for the most severe of crimes which I completely understand, but after seeing the video and informing me of how unapologetic she was in speaking with her, they have filed a complaint on behalf of me and my daughter as well as Randolph Police, so the Town of Randolph is pressing charges as well. They will also follow through in speaking with the head manager suggesting she be terminated immediately. I was also encouraged to escalate the issue to DD headquarters of the U.S. which happens to be in the next town over in Canton. My daughter was overstimulated and scripting inaudible arguments for the rest of the day and night and randomly shouting “KAREN!!!”. I will be seeing this matter through until the right motions are set in place, I have zero tolerance.
