X 3 reverse lunge trio - 8 reps, 8 pulses, 8 sec hold per leg X 3 TRISET: narrow stance squats - 10 reps into jump squats - 10 reps into good mornings - 10 reps. X 3 Skipping - 10 minutes, 20 secs on/10 secs off TUESDAY AMRAP - 20 minutes close grip bent over row - 8 reps incline press up hops - 8 reps plank walks - 12 reps walk outs - 10 reps alternating bicep curls - 15 reps punches - 30 reps overhead press into half burpee - 10 reps Skipping - 10 minutes, 20 secs on/10 secs off WEDNESDAY 200 rep abs under leg claps - 50 reps mountain climbers - 50 reps feet touches - 50 reps plank with superman reach - 50 reps Skipping - 10 minutes, 20 secs on/10 secs off THURSDAY barbell squats TUT - 8 reps X 5 SUPERSET: barbell bulgarian split squats - 8 per leg into bodyweight split squats - 8 per leg. X 3 hip thrust trio - 8 reps into 8 pulses into 8 sec hold SUPERSET: sumo stance glute bridges - 10 reps into romanian deadlifts - 10 reps.
