The video opens up with me talking about how folks are wanting me to share more about my an build and how I am doing living in a van. Then it goes into my 6 week weight loss update via my official weigh in. I talk about how intermittent fasting and time restricted eating have really excellerated my fat loss ever since my weight loss challenge with my buddy Mario. I explain how and why my weight loss has slowed and what I am going to do to get it moving again.
