So simple and so smart! Try this side lying gluteus medium exercise and feel yourself stand tall and strong. This muscle is so integral to good posture and stability, make sure to keep this one top of mind. Lie on your side (propped on arm or lying with head on arm), with knees bent. Raise the top leg to about hip height and start to make tiny backward kicks. Keep waist long on both sides and avoid arching your lower back while you kick. Remember that fatiguing a muscle is good but making it burn excessively is not. Try 6-10 reps.
